Today we processed our two smallest roosters (keeping Chicken-Licken). It was our first time doing it, but it was pretty easy. Warning: Explicit pictures, we culled roosters This is me putting it into the cone to start the process. After it bled out, we dipped it into hot water and plucked all the feathers out by hand, gutted it and cleaned it again. And that's what we are going to have for dinner tonight π½
