Ice ❄

The ice on the pool was about 1 ½ inches thick. (Of course I tried to stand on it 😏, it did break after a few seconds though)
I don't know if you can see it, but it's really thick. 
And the shore of the pond was frozen too! 
This is the sunset from the back deck around dinner time. 
And here's a bonus picture of the ducks sleeping after they went swimming in the afternoon!

    You should buy skates so when it freezes completely You can skate

We got ducks!

This morning, we got a phone call from the post office telling us that our ducks were there and ready to be picked up! We had purchased a special breed of ducks, crested pekins, and the only way to get them was to order them from out of state! It only took 2 days to get here and they came safe and sound!  They were freezing cold when we got them, so we immediately put them in there temporary house. Today we get pigs

After lunch today, we're driving a few hours to pick up the pigs. We're getting two Berkshire crosses today and one Kune-Kune on Sunday from a different place.  Dad has built the training pen behind the stove, you can see on the right there's the water and the far left is their house.  And, of course, Scotty named the two pigs,  Bop and Bonk 😂 Can anyone guess what those names are from?

Bowling 🎳

Today we went bowling with the Hiltons in Wake Forest. This was my and Scottys first time and we both thought it was really fun! We played 'Small balls' which is a smaller version of bowling. There was also a huge arcade which we spent a long time at too. 😂 It was a really fun experience and I'm sure we will be going again soon! 🎳
