We have started baking and cooking for the holidays! We have made Christmas tree bread which turned out really good! We also have been prepping eveything to make it easier on Christmas day.
Here's another picture of downtown Wake Forest with lights...
On Easter we had a few of our friends over for dinner and an egg hunt. Since our yards are so big the parents hid 100 eggs for the kids and us kids hid about 50 for the parents beer hunt. We had a few golden eggs with prize baskets and a super big egg with a mystery surprise (5 cans of silly string). And of course we hid them as hard as we could with the only rule of no burying them. Though im sure theres some more still out there, we keep finding them.😅 Happy Easter!
Not to much has happened this month, we have mainly just been getting ready for the winter ahead. There was a pig running around our backyard a few days ago. We don't know how it got there or who's it was, it was just running around. We tried to get it into the pig pens, but it ran away. It was so cute and tiny! The ducks and chicken are all good, all the chicken are now laying. We get around 6-7 eggs every day! Scotty grew a full beard and wanted to show everyone. It's almost Thanksgiving! Dose anyone have any plans? Thanks for reading!
After lunch today, we're driving a few hours to pick up the pigs. We're getting two Berkshire crosses today and one Kune-Kune on Sunday from a different place.
Hi we miss you all for Christmas and also your deviled eggs. Merry Christmas!!!
