Road to Creedmoor

Yesterday afternoon, Scotty called out "It's hatching!" And instantly mom ran up and the two of them kept watching it break out of the shell. (It took about 11 hours and I didn't stick around)😄 But around 9pm it broke free and crawled out.  The next morning he moved it from the incubator to the bin he had prepared.  And he named it Anju.

Yesterday we went to the local video game store and on a hike at the Falls Lake (the same one we did the 10 mile bike ride). Though we didn't stay long, we did hike a short trail and played around on the stage.  And after that we went to the local video game store where the boys looked through Pokémon binders for hours and we played on the arcade games. Can't wait for tomorrow!

We went to the mall yesterday and the museum today. Of course the boys went to the Lego store and spent at least an hour there. 😂
